who we are

ConnVerge is an independent Florida-based management advisory firm which supports both public- and private-sector clients. Key practice areas include human resources, flexible compensation, total-benefits solutions, defined-contribution retirement plans, healthcare / group-insurance systems and services.

With our affiliates, we also offer succession / strategic planning, business-process analysis, change management, performance and productivity enhancement, EEO and employee-relations support, plus small-business start-up, facilities, artistic and cultural collection acquisition, and technology assistance.

Since 1986, our founder, Steve Connelly, has set the highest standards for our products and services. Steve has significant small-business, major-corporation, and Federal-Government senior-management experience, with deep health / life and healthcare immersion. He has earned Instructor certifications in flexible compensation and benefits, plus Federal Contracting Officer and / or Compliance Officer credentials in facilities / logistics management, labor / employee relations, and EEO / affirmative action. He also holds an active high-level Federal security clearance.

Within group healthcare, human resources, and qualified and non-qualified plans, that includes program:

We also coordinate retirement-plan investment consulting and fund management through our experienced, certified, and NASD-licensed strategic partners.
